You have not started your trip
You have not used any of your rights under the policy (for example, you have not made a claim or used your policy to obtain a visa or entry into a country)
You cannot go on your trip for a reason related to COVID-19 that is not covered under the policy
You may cancel the policy simply by contacting us and we will give you a full refund if you meet the above eligibility criteria.
