What is the meaning of 'Locked Storage Compartment' in the PDS?
A Locked Storage Compartment refers to a secure, enclosed area within a vehicle where your belongings can be stored out of sight. This includes spaces such as the glove box, enclosed centre console, or the concealed cargo area of a car, station wagon, hatchback, van, or motorhome.
For motorcycles, mopeds, or scooters, a Locked Storage Compartment can include storage units, saddlebags, or under-seat storage.
Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
